VestVet LLC is the seller. The qualified pilot is $299 one time plus applicable tax, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Work is limited to the accepted written scope, one customer entity, one workflow, and one primary software-use location. The customer must provide authorized inputs, review every output, and make all client-facing decisions. Delivery timing begins only after verified payment and secure onboarding are complete. One reasonable correction cycle is included. Results are not guaranteed. Full terms and the accepted scope will be presented for affirmative acceptance before payment.
