No payment is taken with this application. Before payment, the customer receives the fixed scope and applicable policy. Cancellation before payment has no charge. Any refund request after payment is evaluated under the accepted product-specific policy and documented delivery state; a refund, dispute, or cancellation places fulfillment on hold while reviewed.
VestVet LLC is the seller. The pilot is $299 one time plus applicable tax, with no subscription or automatic renewal. It is limited to one legal customer entity, one approved workflow, one authorized structured input format, one written deterministic rule, one cover-sheet template, one accepted expected-output fixture, and one named primary software-use location. The customer supplies authorized inputs, reviews every output, and remains responsible for the original Bill of Lading and all operational, legal, carrier, customs, hazardous-material, quantity, weight, classification, routing, and party decisions. The pilot does not guarantee acceptance or any result. Scope begins only after qualification, affirmative acceptance, payment verification, and secure onboarding.
